2. Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations require 24 hours' notice.

3. Payment for services is due upon completion. We accept cash, credit, and electronic payments.

4. We guarantee our work. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue.

5. Clients must inform us of any special cleaning requirements or allergies before the appointment.

6. Pure Clean is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or wear and tear.

7. We use eco-friendly products. If you prefer different products, inform us ahead of time.

8. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property on the scheduled appointment day.
